The Amanda Colours Shop offers creative products made by Amanda Fuller, including The Colouring Planner, printables, bookmarks, and planning tools. Everything is designed to help you stay organised, inspired, and full of colour.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Orders are processed in the order received.

• Pre-orders ship once stock is available. Timeframes are listed on each product page.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped (where available).

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

• We currently ship to worldwide.

• International shipping can be expensive — we completely understand! Please know that we’ve worked hard to keep these costs as low as possible while still ensuring your order arrives safely and in good time.

• Amanda Colours is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

• Premium Planners and made-to-order items are final sale.

• Standard Planners purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return policy.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll do our best to resolve it.

Digital Products

• Digital files are for personal use only.

• Downloads are non-refundable, even if unopened.

• Sharing, selling, or redistributing files is strictly prohibited.

Pre-Orders

• Payment is taken at the time of your pre-order.

• Estimated shipping times are listed on the product page and may change slightly due to production or delivery delays.

• Pre-order bonuses (like digital extras or free gifts) are only available during the pre-order period.

Currency & Taxes

• By default prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless you have chosen your local currency.

• Australian orders include GST where applicable.

• International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
